Please note that orders sent out of the EU may be subject to additional taxes upon reaching the destination country’s Customs which are out of our control and the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided I get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition. 

Unfortunately, I cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds will be made within 14 days of me receiving the returned items in perfect original saleable condition.

I will seek to respond to your email within 3 working days and will confirm the address to return the items to. 

Please note any reimbursement will be refunded via the method used by you to pay for the original purchase.
